Therefore, we could do the papers on time.
The
purpose of writing this paper to fulfill the assignment given by Mrs. Dwi
Sloria Suharti M.Pd. We hope this paper would use for all of us even though it
may be so much weakness. Therefore, we expect there are critics and advice for

Rilis Aturan HET Minyak Goreng Curah Rp14 Ribu Rabu 16 Maret(headline)
Jakarta, CNN Indonesia (BYLINE) -- Menteri Perdagangan Muhammad Lutfi bakal menerbitkan aturan
kenaikan harga eceran tertinggi (HET) minyak goreng curah jadi Rp14 ribu
per liter yang berlaku Rabu, 16 Maret 2022.(LEAD)
Hal itu disampaikan dalam rapat Evaluasi Kebijakan Distribusi
dan Harga Minyak Goreng di Istana Kepresidenan pada Selasa (15/2). Selain
Lutfi, rapat juga dihadiri Presiden Joko Widodo, Menko Perekonomian Airlangga
Hartarto, Menteri Perindustrian Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, dan Kapolri Listyo
Sigit Prabowo.
"Menteri Perdagangan akan menerbitkan Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan
mengenai Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) yang akan b erlaku pada 16 Maret

Usai menghadiri rapat
itu, Airlangga mengungkapkan pemerintah memperhatikan situasi saat ini,
terutama imbas ketidakpastian global yang menyebabkan kenaikan harga pasokan
energi dan pangan yang mengakibatkan kelangkaan, termasuk ketersediaan CPO
untuk minyak goreng.(QUOTES)
Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, pemerintah memutuskan untuk menetapkan harga
minyak goreng curah di masyarakat sebesar Rp14 ribu per liter. Sebelumnya,
pemerintah menetapkan HET minyak goreng curah Rp11.500 per liter.
"Pemerintah memutuskan bahwa akan
mensubsidi minyak kelapa sawit curah sebesar Rp14 ribu per liter dan subsidi
akan diberikan berbasis kepada dana dari BPDPKS (Badan Pengelola Dana
Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit)," kata Airlangga konferensi pers usai menghadiri

Selaini itu, pemerintah juga akan melepas
harga minyak goreng kemasan sesuai harga keekonomian. Artinya, aturan
HET minyak goreng kemasan dicabut.(EDITORIAL)

diharapkan minyak sawit akan tersedia di pasar modern dan tradisional,"

Sesuai Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan Nomor 6 Tahun 2022, pemerintah mengatur
HET minyak goreng minyak goreng curah sebesar Rp11.500 per liter, kemasan
sederhana sebesar Rp13.500 per liter, dan kemasan premium sebesar Rp14.000 per

Namun, pada praktiknya, harga minyak goreng di pasar masih di atas
HET.
Pusat Informasi Harga Pangan Strategis (PIHPS) mencatat, per sore ini,
rata-rata harga eceran minyak goreng curah di pasaran masih Rp16.650 per liter.
Bahkan, harganya masih Rp23.500 per liter di Kota Ternate, Maluku Utara.
Kemudian, harga minyak goreng kemasan bermerek 1 Rp20.600 per liter dan minyak
goreng kemasan bermerek 2 Rp19.650 per liter. (FACT)
Tak hanya itu, masyarakat juga kesulitan mendapatkan minyak goreng
sesuai HET yang ditetapkan pemerintah. Kelangkaan salah satunya disebabkan oleh

Minister of Trade
Releases Regulation on HET for Bulk Cooking Oil of Rp. 14,000 Wednesday, March
16 (headline)

(BYLINE) -- The Minister of Trade Muhammad Lutfi will issue a regulation to
increase the highest retail price (HET) of bulk cooking oil to Rp. 14,000 per
liter, effective Wednesday, March 16, 2022. (LEAD)
This was conveyed in the
Distribution Policy and Cooking Oil Price Evaluation meeting at the
Presidential Palace on Tuesday (15/2). Besides Lutfi, the meeting was also
attended by President Joko Widodo, Coordinating Minister for the Economy
Airlangga Hartarto, Minister of Industry Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita, and
National Police Chief Listyo Sigit Prabowo.
"The Minister of
Trade will issue a Regulation of the Minister of Trade regarding the Highest
Retail Price (HET) which will take effect on March 16, 2022," wrote a copy
of the meeting results received by CNNIndonesia.com.
After attending the
meeting, Airlangga revealed that the government is paying attention to the
current situation, especially the impact of global uncertainty which has led to
an increase in the price of energy and food supplies resulting in shortages,

Based on these
conditions, the government decided to set the price of bulk cooking oil in the
community at Rp. 14 thousand per liter. Previously, the government set the HET
for bulk cooking oil at Rp11,500 per liter.
"The government has
decided that it will subsidize bulk palm oil at Rp. 14,000 per liter and the
subsidy will be based on funds from the BPDPKS (Palm Palm Plantation Fund
Management Agency)," Airlangga said at a press conference after attending the

government will also release the price of packaged cooking oil according to the
economic price. This means that the regulation on the HET for packaged cooking

In accordance with the
Minister of Trade Regulation Number 6 of 2022, the government regulates the HET
for bulk cooking oil at Rp. 11,500 per liter, simple packaging at Rp. 13,500
per liter, and premium packaging at Rp. 14,000 per liter.
However, in practice, the

The Strategic Food Price
Information Center (PIHPS) noted that as of this afternoon, the average retail
price of bulk cooking oil on the market was still Rp16,650 per liter. In fact,
the price is still Rp. 23,500 per liter in Ternate City, North Maluku.
Then, the price of
packaged cooking oil for brand 1 is IDR 20,600 per liter and packaged cooking
oil for branded 2 is IDR 19,650 per liter.
Not only that, people
also have difficulty getting cooking oil according to the HET set by the
